Yes, every bike purchased through Giant Brisbane is professionally assembled and safety-checked by our certified mechanics before it is ready for collection or delivery.
What is your return policy on cycling gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most accessories and apparel, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets.
Can I book a workshop service online?
Absolutely. You can schedule everything from a basic tune-up to a comprehensive overhaul through our online booking portal, or simply visit our Brisbane store to speak with a technician.
Do you provide international shipping for Giant bikes?
Due to our dealer agreements, we are unable to ship Giant and Liv bikes internationally. However, we offer local delivery across the Brisbane metro area and shipping for most components and accessories Australia-wide.
What warranty comes with a new Giant bike?
All new Giant frames come with a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. Components and paintwork are typically covered for one year against manufacturing defects.
